As an Apostle and Co-Pastor of Christ Empowered Ministries, Inc. in Norfolk, Virginia, and founder of Apostle Rhonda Holloman Ministries, Inc., she has spent over 27 years equipping and activating believers through Five Fold ministry training for the work of the Kingdom. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to developing spiritually sound, confident, and purpose-driven leaders.
A prophetic psalmist with more than 30 years of experience in praise and worship, and over a decade as a musician, she carries a mantle to lead others into the presence of God in ways that bring healing, clarity, and transformation.
As a certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Team, and as a certified Christian Counselor with the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), she combines spiritual and social depth with proven leadership principles. She is also the founder of Tea Time with the Apostle: Girl Talk for Christian Leadership, where she equips and strengthens women leaders through honest conversation, wisdom, and prophetic direction.

My Life's Goal
I am dedicated to equipping, educating, and empowering Christians within the body of Christ. My mission is to engage adults in fostering a community dedicated to discovering their unique purposes, giftedness, and callings in alignment with Ephesians 4:11-25. Beyond traditional teaching, I strive to awaken Christians to prophetic and apostolic mantles, guiding believers toward a profound understanding of their potential in the ministry of Christ Jesus, whether through prophetic singing, signs and wonders, or exploration of spiritual gifts. Alongside my husband, Apostle Randy Holloman, Sr., we foundered and established Christ Empowered Ministries, Inc., a Bible believing Church, in 1999. I also, founded and established Apostle Rhonda Holloman Ministries, Inc., in 2010, which offers access to my Prophetic Singing Ministry, soon to come, Apostolic School of Ministry, Ministerial and Five Fold Commission training, and certificate programs. I find joy in reading, playing the keyboard, singing, and roller skating at Greenbrier Family Stating Center, were I am the Christian and Gospel DJ, better known as DJ Grandma. My husband and I have three children, one with the Lord, five grandchildren and live in the Beautiful City of Chesapeake, VA.
